It's really easy to become a Calibre member and start enjoying our audio books. You can:
- contact us for a copy of the application form
- print off the pdf version of the application form on your own computer, complete and sign it, and send it to us by post.
- copy the Word version to your own computer, complete it, then print it off, sign it and post it to us. Please note we cannot accept applications by email as we require a signature on the form.
We have separate application forms for adults and under-16s.

Once we receive your completed application it usually takes two or three days for us to process it and send your first books. We also send an audio guide on how to use the service so that you get the best out of it.
The application notes above explain how you can choose the kind of books you want to read, set up a reading list online (see below) or obtain one or more of our catalogues.
