Big Toe Radio is on BBC Radio 7 in the mornings and is all about books for people like you. The website gives you a second chance to hear the stories again, join in the chat or play games - www.bbc.co.uk/bbc7/kids/bigtoe

Mrs Mad Bookarama is a website about books with reviews, jokes and a chance to give your views - www.mrsmad.com

Seven Stories is a museum of children's books on Tyneside with a great website, including a 'write your own story' page that you can illustrate too! - www.sevenstories.org.uk

Achuka is a website that reviews children's books and has interviews with authors. It's run by an ex-head teacher and is aimed at adults rather than you but it's still a good place to find out about books - www.achuka.co.uk

Redhouse is a bookseller but look out for their competitions and chat with other book worms at: www.redhouse.co.uk

My home library has book reviews and some super illustrated book plates that you can download and stick in your own books. It has a section on Clear Vision books - they are books with both print and braille on them - www.myhomelibrary.org

CBeebies - part of BBC Cbeebies site has spoken stories, complete with animations - www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/storycircle

Anne Fine's website tells you all about the amazing range of books she writes. And you can download some bookplates to stick in your own books or email one to a friend - www.annefine.co.uk

The Roald Dahl website has lots of fun things about Dahl and his wacky characters with great sound effects - www.roalddahl.com

JK Rowling's website is as spooky as the corridors of Hogwarts, with mysterious clues for all Harry Potter fans. Even better, there is a text-only version for fans who can't see the graphics - www.jkrowling.com
